      POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • CRM Database building, entries, corrections and updates (sales, contacts, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • CRM \u2013 Client and partner management, responsible for providing, developing and maintaining efficient and confidential administrative support to the management team of the company. <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within specified time-frame and with a minimum number of errors or omissions<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Maintenance of the CRM and ensuring all information is recorded, updated, and accurate at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Preparation of timely and accurate reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Writing and sending emails to clients.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Creating and presenting weekly reports on sales, deliverables, hours and tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Checking email, responding to customer inquiries and managing spam.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Organizing technical support tickets and participating in chat support.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Creating and sending out invitations, newsletters and thank you emails.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Establishing, updating and managing a calendar of important events.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Scheduling appointments with clients, businesses and salespeople.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Launching and maintaining cloud computing accounts (Google Drive).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Preparing training manuals for new staff members or remote workers.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proofreading documents and other office materials.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Producing reports from CRM \/ Spreadsheets.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Bookkeeping and calculating partner commissions: calculating sales, adding expenses, updating commissions.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Engaging with Social Media audience: responding to inquiries, sharing relevant information, thanking customers for mentions and purchases and posting promotions.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Providing suggestions and recommendations when company is not meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Stay informed about our industry and keeping an eye on the competition<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Update website when necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
